  My daughter and I are extremely happy to have found a 1 bedroom apartment at The Promenade. Move in process was easy, apartment inside the unit as well as outside is very clean. I have no complaints. Place is quiet and neighbors are respectful. Packages have never gotten lost, which is a plus! Neighborhood is also pretty quiet, we go on walks in the afternoon after work on Victory Blvd. Manager on site, Wais is always very helpful.

  I recently moved here and so far I love it!! The management is great: Wais is really professional and has been super nice and helpful with everything. I live in a 1 bedroom apartment and it's really spacious and nice. There's a parking garage with assigned parking, which I really like. It feels really safe. So far everything is great.

  Great place if you're planning on leasing. The complex is well-kept and it offers a laundry room, patio, and a grilling space for its tenants.The building is located near many stores, banks, restaurants, and super markets. The manager is also very courteous and responsible. You can be sure that any maintenance requests you make will be acknowledged promptly.

  I've enjoyed living at the Promenade apartments for over 5 years. I've always had my request for repairs filled timely and appreciate the follow up to ensure I am satisfied with the work performed. Along with the great service we have gated underground parking and a quiet community. Wes, our apartment manager, is always accessible.
