  Herman is the BEST! I am quickly moving from across the country and he has been so accommodating with the process from answer my calls, FaceTiming for my tour. I am so excited to be apart of this community because of Herman!!

  It's been about a year and 10 months since my girlfriend and I moved to LA, all the way from Virginia. Since then, Crossroads Apartments has been our home away from home - we can thank our resident managers, Joanyun and Christian for that! Aside from being super nice and accommodating to us, they are hard workers as you'll always see them cleaning and taking care of our building. It's reassuring to know that they've got our backs whenever we need their help. It's our first time living on our own and we couldn't be any more satisfied choosing Crossroads as our first apartment. Our building and unit stay maintained, rent is affordable, and our neighbors are respectful. I'd definitely recommend Crossroads Apartments to anyone looking for a place to live in the valley!

  Moved in August 2013 and I really enjoy the neighbors and manager. The neighbors are nice and friendly. The manager resolves issues quickly. She is nice and friendly as well. If you are thinking of moving here, do it. Place is great!

  We were so happy and excited when we moved here but after few weeks the problem started when new tenant moved in on top of us. A lot of noises from kids jumping & running until after midnight including other noises from adults. We submitted a complain to the manager and after the manager talked to them, the more noises they made. We were so disappointed because we pointed out to the manager the previous problem we had and she said she will take care of it. It's been a long time we've been suffering from lack of sleep until we decided to make our own noise so for them to know how it is to be disturbed because we felt hopeless. One time I was locked out while doing laundry and called the number that was on the emergency number in the laundry area and they said they could not help me with regards to that so I waited so many hours waiting for my companion to arrive feeling cold and starving outside of my apartment. We are hoping you can do something to improve the way of living here in this apartment so people can stay for longer period of time.
