  We fixed the issue I asked for the maintenance but the service was fast as promised within 24 hours the maintenance came and checked it…. Thank you for the assistance.

  I took a tour of the apartments with Kaiden. The apartments are very nice with good layouts. Kaiden was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable & was able to answer all of my questions.

  Kaiden Roungsuriyaviboon It is one of life's greatest moments to not only interact with outstanding individuals, but to also be able to share that uplifting experience with others. Today, it is our immense pleasure to send many compliments and thanks to Kaiden Roungsuriyaviboon, the amazing Assistant Manager at 6940 Sepulveda where we reside. From the day we met Kaiden through a phone call when Sares-Regis took over managing 6940 Sepulveda, he has been consistently kind, caring, informative, and helpful. He is ever friendly and upbeat, with a deep sincerity that makes one feel he truly cares about tenants and assisting them to the fullest extent. Kaiden makes residents feel valued and that their welfare is highly important to 6940 Sepulveda management. Under Kaiden's fine leadership, tenants are able to count on the immediate presence of a responsible and responsive administrator Monday through Saturday. During his days off, a 6940 staff member takes over. Email to Kaiden or telephone messages left for him are replied to promptly and helpfully. Since Kaiden's arrival the level of maintenance has been stepped up so that infrastructure such as the elevators have been running more reliably than in the past when elevator malfunction was quite common. Another impressive thing that Kaiden has done is to take notice and take decisive action if lazy delivery personnel abandon parcels and boxes on our unsecured lobby floor. On occasion, he has properly delivered the errant deliveries to the front doors of our apartments. We were recently one of the lucky recipients of this kindness and when we called the office to say "Thank you," we found out that Kaiden had done this himself. We are not sure what exactly precipitated the delivery by Kaiden, but knowing his sterling character and abilities, we think it might have included such matters as: (1) Safety Concerns when a lobby floor is scattered with boxes and parcels; (2) Esthetic Appearance of a littered lobby; (3) Disability Considerations -- assisting disabled tenants who for various reasons depend upon delivery to their apartment unit's front door. Thank you to Kaiden for his numerous contributions to 6940 Sepulveda! 6940 Sepulveda was a nice community in the past, but it has evolved to become a wonderful place to live and thrive, thanks to caring managers like Kaiden.
