  Well, it's been a year since I've moved in. The company does a lot of maintenance to the building, which I did not experience in my old place. I've been lucky to have a great neighbor upstairs, and with no common walls, nobody has disturbed me or vice versa. All I wanted was a nice, clean, quiet building and the Plaza continues to fit the bill. The layout of my one bedroom was designed very thoughtful, and at 720 sq. feet, I managed to fit all my belongings with plenty of room to spare. Nothing beats opening the window or sliding door in the morning, having my morning coffee, watching the squirrels in the trees and hearing the birds singing. Love Whole Foods next door and rolling out of bed on a Sunday morning and meeting a friend at Hugo's for breakfast. We have a new manager, Rosangela, who was very responsive to a major issue that I did have and was promptly handled. So kudos to her.

  I've lived at The Plaza for a year and my boyfriend has lived here for 2. We both agree that it is a wonderful place to live. The rent is reasonable and we enjoy amenities like covered parking, a gym, pool, and laundry room. Our only suggestion is to have some type of credit card acceptance in the laundry room versus quarters and maybe more recycling bins. ;) Other than that, no complaints. I go running regularly and the surrounding area is great for exploring. We often walk to Whole Foods, Hugo's, and Mazzarino's, very convenient. Dallas, our on-site manager, is genuinely caring and attentive to any apartment needs you have. When we run into his him and his family, we are always greeted with a smile. We couldn't ask for a better environment!

  I’m not only a new resident at The Plaza, but also new to apartment living after living in a single home for over 24 years. It is mostly because of Dallas and how he manages the building that I chose The Plaza from among the other apartments I looked at. Dallas has been extremely helpful every step of the way from showing the apartment, to the application process, to the move-in, and he continues to respond with a friendly smile and helpful hand to all of my questions no matter how big or small! I felt comfortable and at home from the moment I moved in and have to thank Dallas for helping to make this major transition an easy one!

  We arrived in Valley Village not knowing what to expect, and were surprisingly and pleasantly greeted with genuine friendly and welcoming folks at The Plaza. Dallas, our on location manager, was very informative and accommodating to our needs as we were recently relocated on short notice and were desperate for the " perfect home". All our greatest expectations were met. When we needed something fixed or repaired as we settled in, we were treated with respect, and our requests were honored with immediacy. My wife and I are pleased with our experience in our new home, and could not be happier.

  I have had the pleasure of living in the Plaza Apartments for a little over two years now and have never had a complaint. Dallas and Meg are the best building managers one could ask for and not only do they do an amazing job maintaining the apartment complex and responding to resident requests, they bring a sense of warmth and community to the building (they even sponsor a Toys for Tots drop box in the apartment during the holiday season!). From the location (great central, affordable valley location), to the attention to cleanliness in the shared spaces (lobby, hallways, stairwells, parking garage, pool/hot tub, laundry room, fitness center), the managers as a whole and the great layout/upkeep of the actual apartment units, I highly recommend THE PLAZA apartments as a one stop shop in apartment living.
