  Have been living here for almost 3 years now and have nothing but good things to say. The building is quiet and clean. The onsite manager Rosangela is fabulous. She is so responsive and just a friendly person to have around. Anytime something comes up and we bring it to her she handles it quickly.

  I’ve been living here for 3 years now and honestly, it’s been such a great place to call home. The management is awesome, and Rosangela, the on-site manager, is seriously amazing. She’s always so kind, super responsive, and makes sure everything is taken care of right away! The building itself is always clean and well-kept. The hallways look great, the pool area is always nice, and it’s overall a really quiet place to live, which I love. Any time we’ve had a maintenance request, it’s been handled super quickly with no issues at all. I would highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a clean, well-managed, and friendly place to live. We’ve truly loved our time here and are grateful for the amazing management and staff. Couldn’t be happier with our experience here! ☺️

  A few times a week my roommate and I will say “our place is perfect” I kid you not. We found a gem, truly. Rose is a stellar manager! She’s on top of everything and has never left us in the dark or to fend for ourselves. The building is quaint and quiet which seems almost impossible to find nowadays. 10/10 we love it here:)

  Well, it's been a year since I've moved in. The company does a lot of maintenance to the building, which I did not experience in my old place. I've been lucky to have a great neighbor upstairs, and with no common walls, nobody has disturbed me or vice versa. All I wanted was a nice, clean, quiet building and the Plaza continues to fit the bill. The layout of my one bedroom was designed very thoughtful, and at 720 sq. feet, I managed to fit all my belongings with plenty of room to spare. Nothing beats opening the window or sliding door in the morning, having my morning coffee, watching the squirrels in the trees and hearing the birds singing. Love Whole Foods next door and rolling out of bed on a Sunday morning and meeting a friend at Hugo's for breakfast. We have a new manager, Rosangela, who was very responsive to a major issue that I did have and was promptly handled. So kudos to her.

  We arrived in Valley Village not knowing what to expect, and were surprisingly and pleasantly greeted with genuine friendly and welcoming folks at The Plaza. Dallas, our on location manager, was very informative and accommodating to our needs as we were recently relocated on short notice and were desperate for the " perfect home". All our greatest expectations were met. When we needed something fixed or repaired as we settled in, we were treated with respect, and our requests were honored with immediacy. My wife and I are pleased with our experience in our new home, and could not be happier.
