  Living at this apartment complex was one of the worst rental experiences I’ve had. While the views are beautiful, that is the only positive. The overall community feels unsafe and poorly managed. Neighbors regularly smoke marijuana, and management does not enforce rules or address complaints. I had to file a police report after my car was vandalized. People frequently loiter in the parking areas, and the property often feels sketchy. Alcohol bottles and trash are commonly left around the grounds. Despite paying my rent all these months, I avoided using amenities like the pool and gym because they were dirty and poorly maintained. The apartments themselves are outdated, and management has been extremely frustrating to deal with. I went back and forth numerous times with Jacquelyn regarding rent issues and was repeatedly overcharged. Save yourself the stress and avoid renting here. I’m relieved to be leaving and would not recommend this property.

  These apartments have the nicest view of the bay inlet that I’ve ever seen. I cannot overstate how beautiful it is, especially when it’s raining. Makes you feel like one of them rich folk. I drink tea when I’m on my patio now. I don’t know why. I don’t even like tea, it just feels right. My room is spacious, and my neighbors are friendly which is different because I usually don’t know any of my neighbors. The manager is downright smoldering, and shockingly knowledgable about the tribal Mongolian thrash scene. Kind lady. Maintenance guy doesn’t seem to pick up that silence means please stop talking to me, but that’s ok. Work requests get finished quicker than most places I’ve lived. There’s a shopping center right there and I can get to the 80 within 2 minutes. Love this place.

  Everything may seem fine as they get you in but once you’re in it’s a nightmare. management sucks and is condescending. They do not get repairs done in timely manner, they will give you the run around. The gym is filthy(nothing updated, same ran down machines from years ago) the pools are gross, no one cleans the poop even though there are bags everywhere with trash bins. They hire anyone to run this place, last guy was horrible and it gets worse. You would think the amount you pay here it would be worth while. No proper security, cars get broken into and they will leave the glass on the ground for weeks. No wonder people move out every other week. Management tries to host events but that doesn’t take away from her nasty attitude. Get rid of her she does not care about this community.

  Living in this community has been a wonderful experience. The rental process went very smoothly, and Jacquelyn was very helpful with almost everything. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the property is always kept in excellent condition. The apartments have large balconies and stunning bay views. The air is so clean, the neighborhood is peaceful, quiet, and safe unlike anywhere else I've lived. I also love the pool and gym. I'm truly happy living here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well managed home.
