  Recently came from out of state and looked at a few properties in the Valencia, CA area and decided on Links at Westridge. Didn't know anything about the area but the Staff was nice enough to show me around and answer all of my questions. Moved in a few weeks back and will say that I am happy so far with my decision. Property fits my needs: quiet, close to food and shopping, and close to the freeway for work. Special shout out to Paris (Newland) who went above-and-beyond in making my move easy.   Paris was brand new when we were touring and eventually signed our lease with her! She is sooo nice and was very knowledgeable even tho she had just started. She’s very friendly and warm whenever I happen to come into the office or call with questions. Thank you Paris!

  I just want to share a little message in regards to my experience as semi-new tenant…Paris, you are the only reason I got this apartment back in October 2025, thank you so much for paying attention to what I was looking for, for myself and for my dearest pet. I appreciate your help then and even more now… I truly admire your kindness, hospitality values and your professionalism. Thank you for helping me with the entire process. You’re the best!!!!… and thank you to all the staff members @ Links at Westridge.

  Overdue for placing word out there - an understatement at that - has finally compelled me to not only pay the well deserved compliments to the current property management's staffed personnel at the Links at Westridge where I reside. Every which way, and at every turn since I established my newfound residency dating back to September of 2025 - here at the Links - I have experienced nothing shy of assurances from its staff, namely Simon, Paris, and Melinda; the latter being, the property manager. As evidenced by what has been found to render one being given a sense that assurances are of top priority from the aforementioned staff - and apparently property ownership - as to promoting and maintaining an environment conducive to experiencing what a home sanctuary should and need be all about, can only be directly attributed to the level of pride which is visibly noticed about said staff. Which is, markedly indicative of both professional and personal standards - and then some - employed by all three of the office staff, on top of, those likened practices of its groundskeeping maintenance staff. Anything which has called for the need to get addressed has been promptly remedied, rather insignificant as any issue has turned out to be, to date. The amenities on property are sufficiently very appreciated, along with an array of activities and/or events the office staff hosts for its residents. Common courtesy, mutual respect, and a shared-in appreciation of reciprocity by and between the community's residents being considerate to one another cannot be understated. Nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the greater Los Angeles region - albeit a hop skip away to the San Fernando Valley and rest of "stimulated" high energy areas adjoining the particular pocket of suburb that the Links sits within - referred to as Stevenson Ranch (Valencia) - is refreshingly a best kept secret. Be it those who, from afar are contemplating to transplant to this area, one absolutely cannot go wrong by choosing to select the Links at Westridge for establishing residency. But for two apartment communities which sit side by side - the Links being one of the two - the remainder of this area is surrounded by a very nice residential neighborhood of single family houses. As a native of Sherman Oaks, California, having grown up "south of the boulevard" consisting of solely hillside homes - humble beginnings which preceded that as to my immediate family background - I dare assert and submit, that the neighborhood the Links is within is considered "the Sherman Oaks of Santa Clarita Valley" (aka SCV). While there is rapidly ongoing growth into the heart of the city of Valencia, containing a considerable amount of restaurants and shops with its mall - all within a 15 minute drive from the property - the Links is considerably more inviting all the way around, when it comes to gaining a feel of need to retreat back from congestion of sorts, not far away. In sum, the way the property is run coupled with home safe haven being found is second to none.
