  If you are buying or selling a home, I highly recommend you work with Eric Cagle at NextHome Real Estate Rockstars. Eric is a smart, experienced and conscientious realtor who always has his clients' best interests at heart. He knows Los Angeles and the nuances of a challenging real estate market like the back of his hand. In my case, I was moving abroad and needed someone to be my eyes and ears on the ground, and Eric was there for me. He helped with getting rid of furniture, working with my homeowner's association and a contractor when LA rains struck hard. Eric is dedicated, helpful and great at keeping in touch, relaying the realities of home selling (or buying) and you feel you have a partner looking out for you, even if you are not able to be there (as was my case). Eric is persistent in finding the best deal possible, and ended up selling my property for the highest price ever in the community's history. This during a very difficult LA real estate market. Eric is a wonderful ally that I will definitely use again, should I return and need a realtor. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone with any real estate challenge, small or large. From day one Eric never flinched and his attitude was "no problem." Thank you so much Eric and team for all your amazing work!

  Alec is the Best!!! We highly recommend the Rodriguez Brothers! We met Alec at one of his open houses and his positive energy made him the perfect agent for us. Very helpful and patient throughout the process. He understood our needs and delivered with helping our family find our perfect first home!

  Chelsea was fantastic to work with. I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a great house in the Santa Clarita area. She diligently helped us even though we live don't live in the SCV area and had limited time to tour homes. Her ability to explain the process simply is excellent, and important to us as first time homebuyers.

  Buying your first home during this crazy market is quite the challenge, but with the right team anything is possible! My wife and I were blessed to have Zach and his team represent us for the purchase of our first home. As first time buyers we had many questions and Zach was nothing but patient and explained the entire process multiple times. He is so easy to talk to, but most importantly he is always working hard and hustling with the Mamba mentality. There is no other person I would want in my corner for this brutal real estate fight. After working with Zach for 3 months, on March 2022, we closed escrow on our 1st home. If it weren't for Zach's hustle we would probably still be renting. Zach is a true real estate rockstar! Thank you Zach!!!
