    This apartment complex is such a nice place to live. From the start with the tours especially given by the lovely and beautiful Paris, to the paperwork and accounts handling by Simon and Melinda and any questions you may have, they are always more than willing to help you. They go above and beyond to help. Maintenance requests are filled quickly, maintenance team is awesome! Grounds are kept clean, all friendly staff, lucky to call this place home.

    We were looking for new apartments in Valencia and had reached out to only a few places we knew we really wanted to live at. The only complex who had a wonderful experience from the moment we interacted was the Links, specifically Paris Newland. All other places didn't take our interest in leasing seriously, and even though we aren't buying a place, a home is still a home and is important to everyone when moving. Paris was extremely friendly, extremely helpful during our tours, and was very informational during and after the tour. Questions we had during were followed up on and we LOVED that. Ultimately, we loved the experience of this place so much because of Paris (and the layout of our beautiful new apartment) that we signed our place sooner than we wanted because we didn't want to lose out on the place, and we loved our experience so much. The entire experience so far has been above and beyond and was one of the major factors in our final decision to choose to live here. PARIS NEWLAND - YOU ARE A GEM! THANK YOU FOR HELPING US FIND OUR NEW HOME SWEET HOME :) <3
