  It’s officially been one year! Being military, this place has truly felt like a phenomenal home away from home. The entire leasing process was quick and painless, making the move completely stress-free. I’ve chosen to stay because of the staff, the amenities, and how conveniently located it is to everything. The gym is great, and everything is well maintained. The front office team is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and the maintenance staff is incredibly responsive—they get things done quickly and right the first time. I don’t usually write reviews, so you know this one is well deserved!

  River Oaks has been a great place to live. They have a great admin and maintenance team. Any requests I've had they fix or get on it immediately. They have different events that are seemingly every month such as events for the resident's dogs, or food trucks etc. There is a very nice pool, hot tub (that always works and is HOT), billiards room, weight room with cardio equipment, sauna, small kids play ground, dog park, EV charging, free coffee every day, and the location is close to Nut Tree, Costco, Sam's, Target, Wal Mart, and many restaurants. It's well kept, and many of the apartments have been renovated and updated. I can't say enough about the complex or staff, particularly Day-Zaneak. She's been great to my kids and I, always says hi, and has bent over backwards for me. Thank you!

  The staff at River Oaks has been amazing! They have addressed all maintenance concerns quickly and appropriately. Additionally, the front desk has been very friendly and also addressed all concerns. As well as assisting me with all my questions and with deliveries when I was out of town. Overall it has been a great experience.

  Living here has been a great experience. The community is quiet, well‑kept, and feels genuinely welcoming. Maintenance responds quickly, and the staff is always professional and helpful. The amenities are clean and convenient, making daily life easier. I’m grateful to call this apartment complex home.

  I’ve had a really positive experience with River Oaks since the beginning. The management team is friendly, professional, and always responsive, which really makes them stand out. Before even being a resident, the staff worked with me through emails and phone calls to ensure everything was set up prior to me even moving in. Maintenance is quick and efficient, and requests are often handled within 1-2 days. Overall, it’s a well-managed community where residents are clearly taken care of.
