  The rent increases by the max amount every year despite a deteriorating complex and no upgrades. Not having central air is brutal whenever it gets above 80 degrees because the old wall cooler in the living rooms dont cool any room except the living room so the rest of the apartment boils. The pool is closed most of the year, the playground is rusted out and closed as well, cars are broken into more and more, and overall can find better places for the same price.
