There have been multiple break-ins to the mailboxes, as well as incidents where cars were broken into and even had their tires stolen. After moving out, the experience continued to decline. A few days ago, I spoke with Jordan, the property manager, who told me she would send an itemized bill “right away.” Nearly almost a week later, I still hadn’t received anything despite leaving multiple voicemails and emails. When I finally called from a different number, she answered but was dismissive and rude. It should not take this long—or this much effort—for a simple request to be fulfilled. For the price paid, the lack of security, and professionalism makes this community hard to recommend.
