These apartments are horrible. The walls are growing mold that they paint over and the water is bad and cloudy which is probably why I was sick, there are roaches and bugs crawling all over the complex at night, they are overcharging for utilities and they have a problem with people dumping trash and furniture so they subsidize that cost on top of the utilities.
The units are built so cheap. When you are touring the units you probably will not notice a lot of the issues, but once you are living in them you will notice everything. For example, the sliding glass doors in the living room can be opened from outside even if it is locked because they use a cheap latch. By pushing the door until the latch isn’t clipped, you can easily slide it open.
Rude isn’t even the right word for the staff. If you voice any concern they will treat you as if you are the problem. And they do not like fixing real issues with the units that will cost them money. Aside from the manager Precious who is professional, the others are passive aggressive and unprofessional. I also find it funny that they posted fake reviews saying how great the staff is
The surrounding area is not safe. There are people who peep windows. Shootings. Cops are always at the complex. Break ins. People’s tires were stolen, that post is on Solano community awareness. There was an instance where I was walking at the park across the street and 2 guys were there talking about the need to harm someone as I was walking by, then proceeded to follow me.

Touring this property was a horrific experience! It completely changed my mind about wanting to move in here. I scheduled an appointment the only way how, through an AI assistant. 24 hours before the appointment I received 3 text and 3 email confirmations; so I thought the tour would go smoothly. We showed up on time to a closed office. Fortunately, the maintenance man, Ted, was available to give us a tour; he was awesome and the only attribute of the tour. The apartments seem fine, nothing special. When we finished our tour with Ted, the property manager, Jordan, was back in the office; this is where the experience changed into a horrible one. Jordan didn’t care that she missed our scheduled appointment and was so incredibly rude and abrasive to us as we tried to stick around to ask questions about the property and availability. She didn’t just have a bad attitude, she was outright hostile in how she dealt with our inquiries. She made the experience so incredibly uncomfortable, I’m still really confused by it. If she’s so willing to treat prospective renters this way; I can only imagine how awful it would be to live in an apartment she manages. We were going to apply because the property amenities met our needs, but she 100% ruined that opportunity.

We lived here for about two years. Our first year was great, but the second year was very disappointing. There have been multiple break-ins to the mailboxes, as well as incidents where cars were broken into and even had their tires stolen.
After moving out, the experience continued to decline. A few days ago, I spoke with Jordan, the property manager, who told me she would send an itemized bill “right away.” Nearly almost a week later, I still hadn’t received anything despite leaving multiple voicemails and emails. When I finally called from a different number, she answered but was dismissive and rude. It should not take this long—or this much effort—for a simple request to be fulfilled.
For the price paid, the lack of security, and professionalism makes this community hard to recommend.
