  I didn't authorize anyone in my apartment, so how could this complete?????? This is going to end up being another issue

  Was a really easy process with the application and it was fast !! I love that they keep us updated with emails with what’s going on I am very pleased with everything

  First of all I just wanted to say that since I walked into the doors of this apartment it felt like home I had looked at several places before Creekside Gardens but I just fell in love with the apartment ,the long huge beautiful island in the kitchen the spacious living room and the included washer and dryers , and private in closed patio and loved the wood floors in the kitchen and living room but most of all I loved the customer service of the staff at this property , so polite , welcoming and so attentive , the whole time before , during and after move in , I just want to give a big shout out to Elizabeth for all her assistance in making my move in so easy and accommodating to all my 1 million questions I had along the way , I’ve been a resident now for a month and a half and I must say I love my apartment , thank you for all the support Elizabeth and Creekside Garden

  I requested a tour to view this place and when I got there nobody was in the office. I waited over an hour and went as far as driving around the complex to see if there were any additional offices. I made two phone calls to leasing and to admin, which resulted in no response. I really don’t appreciate my time being wasted and I’m hoping to save someone else the trouble.

  Maintenance is good but the units are so old they are starting to fall apart. There’s mold in the bathroom. The office workers used to be pleasant. The new one is extremely unpleasant and rude. The complex cameras don’t work and there are houseless people constantly walking in through large holes in the fence. Car brake ins. I do not recommend.
