  I love this place, the neighbors are very quiet, they are excellent, the maintenance great people and the manager is definitely a great person, very attentive and always aware of the neighbors.

  I recently moved into to the Alderwood Apartments and they have been amazing. After being here for a short time we had a hotwater heater issue and it was solved quickly. The maintenance worker was on it and took care of our problem that day. I appreciate it thank you for the great work and quick response.

  Called to inquire about apartment availability. Women who called me back was rude, and extremely short with everything she said. Decided instantly I wasn't going to attempt to even apply here. After saying thank you, (did not ask how to apply when I was told she was taking applications) I was hung up on without another word. Lady did not give her name but she was horribly rude and I feel sorry for the people living here that are forced to deal with her.

  This place is horrible. The managers nit pick every thing you do. They do not let handicapped guests park in the handicapped parking which is illegal. They do not allow you to be on your front porch or anywhere for that matter unless you are coming or going. They do not allow children outside of their apartments unless its coming or going. They call the police on children if they are outside of their appartment, the guy kenny yells at literally everyone. They tell you you can do something one day then write you up for it the next. Vaunda will let one tennant have a garage for free and charge another $50 depending on wether she likes you or not, not to mention they have 10 or more garages full of their personal belongings. They discriminate against handicapped and they harass their tenants. They will follow you everywhere you go nagging at you . They will leave notes on your cars and vaunda has a new list of rules for you to sign at least once a month taped to your front door along with the list of things you have done that week that she doesnt approve of(like being out of your appartment without shoes on) There is a pool but its only open for 2 months out of the year and they close it when someone makes them mad at least 3 weeks out of those 2 months, forget having any guests. Vaunda bad mouths tenants to other tenants and has been known to give out your personal information. If she doesnt like you her and kenny will make your lives miserable, if you say or try to do anything about it you get an eviction notice. DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THIS PLACE until there are new managers. It will be a horrible mistake
