  Nicole James of the Odell Group was an incredible realtor that went above and beyond throughout every step of our home buying journey. My wife and I were referred from family and friends and after they shared their overwhelmingly positive experience with her, we knew we had to work with her. From the opening meeting, we felt very reassured and comfortable sharing our interests in a future home with her. She was very informative, organized, and reassuring as we navigated our first home buying experience. From there, each next step of the process, from house hunting to puttting down our first offer to going through escrow to closing, went smoothly all thanks to her. We felt like we had someone in our corner supporting our needs, understanding our wants, while also being up front and realistic about our expectations.   As first-time home buyers, we couldn’t have asked for a better agent than April Nugent and the O’Dell Group. We met April at an open house and she made a friendly and calm yet confident impression on us. From start to finish, April was knowledgeable, thoughtful, responsive, organized and truly invested in helping us find the right home. She took the time to understand what mattered most to us, guided us through each step with clarity, patience and professionalism, answered all of our questions, and always made sure we felt informed in our decisions.   We had an outstanding experience with the O’Dell Group (Seven Gables Real Estate). Dean O’Dell was our buying agent as well as our selling agent. The process of both buying our new home and selling our previous home was seamless only because of his team’s expertise and diligence. The entire process of preparing our previous home to sell and actually moving into our new home was complete within the remarkably short time period of less than one month! His team is extraordinary! Dean’s happy, easy going, professional personality combined with his ability to negotiate and work well with other agents makes him a perfect agent for both buyers and sellers. We completely trusted him and his team throughout the entire process. Within the first week, Julie Peterman, marketing executive, scheduled us with a helpful team consisting of house/window cleaners, a handyman and photographer. The photographer, Josh created an amazing array of photos along with a spectacular brochure showcasing the best aspects of our home. All of this happened within the first week and culminated in an Open House on the following Saturday and Sunday. Our buyers met Dean at the Open House and our house was essentially sold the following Monday. We believe this only happened because of Dean O’Dell and his team. Jennifer, finance and real estate executive, made our transaction incredibly easy. Her expertise, competence and friendly personality made her a dream to work with thoughout both the selling and purchasing process. The transactions were seamless because of her expertise. We have purchased and sold several homes. Our experience with Dean O’Dell and his team’s “above and beyond” attitude greatly exceeded our expectations.   Peter was an incredible partner throughout our home-buying process. We were buying remotely, and he made it feel easy by setting up virtual showings, video calling us in, and sending extra follow-up videos whenever we needed them. He even met up with friends and family who were in town, picked them up, and drove them to multiple viewings so they could give us their input. We changed our search parameters a few times as our location preferences shifted, both for reasons we controlled and didn’t control. Peter stayed patient every step of the way and never made us feel rushed or pressured. During escrow, a few unexpected issues came up, and he helped us navigate all of them with calm and clear guidance. He also offered to review the solar contract for us and covered the cost of having it evaluated, which was incredibly helpful. Even after we went into contract, Peter kept showing up. He met with vendors at the house to help us get quotes, and after closing he went out of his way to fix a few small things around the home on his own. Throughout all of this, he was extremely responsive over text and email, and he handled the paperwork quickly and thoroughly. We’re very grateful for everything he did. If you’re looking for an agent who genuinely cares and consistently goes above and beyond, we’d highly recommend working with Peter.
