  Shouldve listened to my family when they said thieves live here. Packages always gone and even my fathers whole work truck of items stolen. Place is also full of millions of cats that have fleas so probably if you have pets dont move here either, probably if you also dont like getting your stuff stolen.

  Very smooth renting process compared to other complexes in Turlock and very nice people at leasing office will be recommending to other people in need of renting !

  Great location! We are loving our new place. The unit is remodeled, the view is beautiful, and the neighbors are great. The staff was also very kind and helpful during our tour and move-in experience. 10 out of 10!

  Office was responsive, polite, and addressed my concerns in a timely manner. Loved that they repainted the building for a modern look. Pools were nice and clean, maintenance was tentative to the property. -2 for unreliable laundry machines, location being at the corner of two busy streets, and lack of privacy. Did not feel safe at times but appreciated security patrolling the area (had two of my bikes stolen and a plant :/) Parking is limited and would flood when it rained.

  I have been living at park place since August and so far it has been great! We had some issues with our AC and electricity but with a quick call and work request it was all resolved within a few days. They are very efficient and always answer the phone which is so nice. Apartments are up to date and they are constantly updating and cleaning the complex.
