  Its whatever they don't . allowed big dogs and bad neighbors every nosie .lots sound from everywhere lots of karen.plz don't stay there if you want peace of mind always someone around be weird

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. Do not waste your time here and find another apartment please. (: also whoever works in the office please find another job where you do not have to interact with any other person. Sincerely, all your tenants 🩷

  I wish I could give this place zero stars but it’s not an option! It’s taken me a few years to write this review without any anger. In 2017, I was living at this complex when my apartment got broken into while out a brunch for my birthday. The thief came in during the day and took EVERYTHING of value…all my jewelry (stuff handed down from generations that is not replaceable ), all electronics, luggage, clothes, purses, shoes, etc! When I asked the apartment manager she told that she saw the man, whom she had never seen before, leaving the complex with a large load woman’s belongings but she never stopped him or even talked to him. She admitted something seemed off but she did nothing about it. She literally let him walk off with thousands of dollars worth of my belongings. When I asked why the thief didn’t raise any suspicion for her she told me her husband recently passed and she’s been having a hard time. I was speechless at the excuse she had provided me for allowing this man to rob me of everything. While I empathize with her situation she should have stepped down if she was unable to do her job at the time. The next incident was about 6 months later when I was out of town and maintenance was in my apartment completing work. I had numerous items taken including prescription medication. When I contacted her about the 2nd incident she told me it was my fault and someone must not like me! She took zero responsibility even though the whole complex was aware the maintenance team had substance issues. I was again speechless! I was able to move shortly after but the damage was done! This apartment complex is horrible to their renters and does nothing anything about the crime that takes place there on a regular basis. During my time there I experienced multiple shootings, drug dealers openly dealing drugs in the complex, theft in numerous apartments, and a complete lack of care for their tenets! It definitely is one of the nicer complexes in Turlock which is why I chose but it comes with a heavy price! My suggestion is to find a different place to live…anywhere is better than here!

  The worst apartment experience that I have had in my life. No luxury what so ever. Same fixtures/appliances/carpet from when first built in the 80s. Kids allowed to swim with soiled diapers. Management non responsive to tenant concerns. If you want a prompt return on your security deposit then you will most likely need to get aggressive for these so called professionals have lack there of. Sad that there is limited housing in that area. You would be better off at a homeless shelter. Did I mention that management is totally inept at pretty much everything except a sarcastic tongue.
