Initially, we had trouble reaching anyone for a few days, but we eventually got through and were able to resolve the issue. Thankfully, the complex had the towing company issue a refund, though it took some back-and-forth and initial resistance. In the end, we were glad to receive a refund, but the leasing office could have handled the situation with better customer service from the start. Overall, it’s not a bad place to live and we would still recommend living here.
