I’ve lived at Tracy Park Apartments for almost a year now, and I have to say it’s been a very disappointing experience. The rent is way too high for what you actually get. The maintenance team seems questionable at best, with some of them appearing to be involved in drug activity. Nothing on my initial walk-through list has been fixed, despite multiple requests.
As for the office staff, Francis is extremely unprofessional, rude, and discriminatory in her behavior. I would strongly advise anyone considering these apartments to look elsewhere unless it’s your last option.

Began renting at this location in 2019 at $1700 now in 2022 we pay at least $2040 each month, and now they want $190 per month. For what? During the pandemic they cut corners, pool got green, the gutters weren't maintained. They cut corners, which likely saved them money, but they STILL increased the rent on us. They actively increased our cost of living during a time when many of their tenants were struggling with unemployment or other issues related to the pandemic..despite CUTTING CORNERS! THANKS A LOT FPI! Most of their tenant's wages are being increased every single year in order to keep up with their constant rent increases! Don't look for any empathy from the office staff though, when I went in there to attempt to negotiate I was met with a giddy officer worker informing me of how exciting the increase in property values, and rents were because it is so "unprecedented". Last I checked there are 12 vacant units, 12 displaced families all so they can maximize their profits at the expense of working class people. How do ya'll sleep at night?
Edit: look at their response to me. They ask me to come to the office to discuss my issues with them, as if though I hadn't already done that, only to be blown off. As if they didn't already have me talk to the portfolio manager only to have them refer me to customer experience, who referred me back to the portfolio manager, who referred me to office management who told me there was nothing they can do. This is what you can expect from the managers and from FPI in general. Disingenuous.
