- ZLZion LivesMar 8, 20173.0I stayed here a little over an year (2013- 2014). Its a decent place, but roaches were a big problem and they did treatment a handful no:of times. Rent is inclusive of electricity bill and gas. So thats the biggest advantage of staying here. There's only 1 rent that you need to pay. Laundry is mostly left unattented by uncaring residents. Its gated community.Bit noisy when there are more small kids.Tina the manager is to the point and sometimes curt. Most maintenance reqs are done immediately though kitchen sink issues took time to fix at times which is annoying. Best fit for couples or bachelors.
