  Prospective tenant perspective - The number provided is disconnected and there is no way of scheduling a viewing either via website nor via phone call. This seems sketchy.

  Trying to schedule a tour and get information about the apartment as they posted availability on Trulia and Hotpads. No body ever answers to a call or to the automated scheduling message.

  Lived there for a year, last year. Paul, the property manager was very communicative to us about any updates going on throughout the building and was very easy to talk to. He had mentioned at the beginning of our lease, all of the updates and renovations he had planned for the building and literally went through with all of them within the first few months. Our unit was the perfect size for my roommate and me. Spacious, with double-master bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, plus the in-unit laundry was literally what sold us on this place. The clean and updated gym, the surrounding eateries and the nearby CVS were all just the cherry on top. Very convenient location in the middle of everything, but the street still felt very home-y and not over-crowded. Great place to live!
