  Our over impression of the Knolls is positive. Great apartment and sufficient parking. The apartment has all the amenities that makes this a great place to live. The washer and dryer inside the apartment, gym which compares with many local gyms, swimming pool and location close to a market and a number of eateries. The Knolls meets all items on our wishlist for housing!

  I wish parking could improve. There are a lot of empty carports that I don't think people are using properly, and creating less parking spot available. Neighbor noise is okay. Maintenance is always fantastic! Interacting with staff is always pleasant. Food trucks have been great!

  FYI..these 5 star reviews are from the property mangers who DO NOT live in the complex. Your really JUST A NUMBER $$ to this property management company. It's NOT A COMMUNITY its a money maker for a corporation. People always moving in an out because of the rent increases and noise. Some of the units are used as a drug rehab which they won't tell you about...they are next to the entrance on Arboles. Tons of weirdo drug addicts hangout at night. Dog poo everywhere. DON'T LIVE HERE!!!!!

  2 years. It's nice, I've had no issues with maintenance. Use the website to make the request for maintenance. The people that live above and next to us are really nice. Rent is a high, but that's the area. This is just my experience. I am surprised at all the really negative reviews. The new pool area and gym is nice too.

  The Knolls staff are really rude and unhelpful. You will not get your security deposit back for sure because they will do a blue light inspection to charge you for a carpet damage by pets. Nobody cares have you had pets or not.
