Do not buy here. The sales agents will lie to you and Del Webb is a shoddy builder who does not stand behind their product. I have had numerous issues with my house and always ended having to argue with their "customer service representative" to get items fixed. In the past, I have dealt with 6 other builders and, in my opinion, this is by far the worst. Do yourself a favor and buy from somebody else.
To give you an example, when we moved in, there was a long straight scratch across the BACK of the master bedroom mirror (it was obviously a mark from the truck). Staci (their customer service rep) accused us of scratching it. In other words she was saying we removed a mirror that is glued to the wall, scratched it and glued it back on. AVOID DEL WEBB. Do not waste your retirement years dealing with them.
