Theresa Bichlmeier and Betty Valentine are very knowledgeable about the home, the interior, the exterior, and the upgrades and time complete. Knowledgeable of the loans that the builders are offering. The communication of the status of the home was awesome, and I could not have a better representative for the purchase of my home. - SPScott PJan 4, 20231.0Do not buy here. The sales agents will lie to you and Del Webb is a shoddy builder who does not stand behind their product. I have had numerous issues with my house and always ended having to argue with their "customer service representative" to get items fixed. In the past, I have dealt with 6 other builders and, in my opinion, this is by far the worst. Do yourself a favor and buy from somebody else. To give you an example, when we moved in, there was a long straight scratch across the BACK of the master bedroom mirror (it was obviously a mark from the truck). Staci (their customer service rep) accused us of scratching it. In other words she was saying we removed a mirror that is glued to the wall, scratched it and glued it back on. AVOID DEL WEBB. Do not waste your retirement years dealing with them.
