  Ruby Ferguson, is the best , so helpful and professional. She is kind and very resourceful, the best person to help with all issues, I enjoyed our conversation and she answered all my questions and resolved all my issues , I love that she was patient with me and made me feel taken care of !!

  I've been working with Equity Management for over 14 years now for the community where I live. I continue to have nothing but good things to say about them... especially with Danielle, who is our community's manager. We've had various managers in the past, and have been okay. Danielle has been the BEST !!! She is always professional and makes us feel cared. Whenever we have any issues in our community, we contact her and she goes way above and beyond to take care of us and/or to find a solution for our concern. Definitely a good company to work with.

  The amount of quality of work & time from Equity Management & Realty is absolutely outstanding. Amazing commercial property management team…best I have ever worked with!! I want to personally thank Erica, Natalie and Team. They made the process seamless and now I am in my beautiful commercial space. **Without this entire team behind me, I would have freaked out or faltered, but they were able to make it happen effortlessly.   For the benefit of anyone doing their research in finding the right entity to help manage their assets / associations / communities / etc. If you are considering Equity Management, you will be making a solid decision if you partner with this management company. Their team of individuals who I have been working with for close to 20 years have been amazing to work with as an owner of a property and as a board member of an association that they manage. And if you get lucky to get Erica Tromley and Melissa Vallone, they have truly been great to work with.
