  The amount of quality of work & time from Equity Management & Realty is absolutely outstanding. Amazing commercial property management team…best I have ever worked with!! I want to personally thank Erica, Natalie and Team. They made the process seamless and now I am in my beautiful commercial space. **Without this entire team behind me, I would have freaked out or faltered, but they were able to make it happen effortlessly.   For the benefit of anyone doing their research in finding the right entity to help manage their assets / associations / communities / etc. If you are considering Equity Management, you will be making a solid decision if you partner with this management company. Their team of individuals who I have been working with for close to 20 years have been amazing to work with as an owner of a property and as a board member of an association that they manage. And if you get lucky to get Erica Tromley and Melissa Vallone, they have truly been great to work with.

  I’ve been an owner under Equity Management for some time now and the recent changes have been a lot to handle, but Erica Tromley and her Commercial team have taken all those changes with stride and been exceptionally communicative. As an owner, my tenants in my property are my top priority, and the commercial department shows me that it’s their priority as well. Thank you to the Equity Team for being thorough all of the time!
