  Great place to live. Friendly neighbors, overall affordable for what you are getting and convenient location to the 101 and 405. Lisa the building manager, is super responsive and is usually able to get your maintenance requests completed within a day of reaching out to her. Only complaint is street parking is difficult to find for guests but you get your own parking spot in a gated lot.

  Great place to call home! I loved living here. A year ago I toured this place and applied the same day because I knew it was the one. It is quiet and so clean in the unit and on property and Lisa is the best property manager. She’s been so helpful and genuine since the day I requested to tour. If maintenance is needed they are fast and get things done asap. I have never had a problem and that’s a blessing. I will miss this place but 10/10 recommend as this complex is super convenient to grocery stores , the mall, and the freeway. You won’t regret living here

  Pavillion Apartments is a great place to call ‘Home’. I moved in over 2 years ago and i am still a resident at this complex. Great neighborhood with plenty of the stores located in vicinity. The complex has great amenities such as bbq, hot tub and amazing pool. Apartments inside are bright and well maintained. Neighbors are very pleasant. This complex is a quiet place. Manager Lisa is very welcoming and always promptly responds to any inquiries. She takes care of any questions in no time. Great manager to have and deal with. Saying confidently that Pavillion Apartments is a great place to consider moving in!!!

  I've lived here for a little over a year and love it! The building is quaint, clean and friendly. Lisa is a great manager and very responsive. Amenities are always working and available.

  I have been living here for more than a decade. I have to say that the place is peaceful and relaxing. All common areas are kept clean and in good conditions. The manager, Lisa, is very nice and helpful.
