  Hello! I've been living in this building for almost a year. the apartment is worthy! Made friends with neighbors. nice guys! I thank the entire management and especially our manager for the calm atmosphere!

  I will be moving in this Saturday and so far everything has been great. The manager, Nori, is super friendly and professional. The application process ran smoothly and in a timely manner. Although I haven't moved in yet, this place looks really clean and safe. Can't wait to move in!

  The Terrace has been my home for some years now. This small complex is clean, the common areas are well maintained, the parking lot was recently repaved, and the building manager, Nori, is always available in case of emergencies or minor issues with the apartments or complex. The residents at this complex are respectful, courtesy, and mindful of the other residents by maintaining the common areas clean, maintaining the noise levels low after 10 pm on the weekdays, and occasionally helping each other by holding a door open. Overall, If you are looking for a quiet place where everyone is respectful, this is the place to live.

  Terrible management, they will try their best to nickel and dime you out of every dollar you have. Not only are they unreachable for the majority of the week, they will send you passive aggressive letters for problems that are their own fault. The apartments are cheaply maintained, with paint quickly slapped onto holes in the walls. Cockroaches are rampant, and the water often doesn't drain properly in most of the showers(I've lived in two different units). And to top it all off, the employees in the front office are rude and incompetent, spending half the day inexplicably missing. DO. NOT. RENT.. HERE.
