Selina,Cynthia and Faustino make up the management team who are extremely welcoming,responsive and available for all of the residents needs and inquiries . The complex has all the desirable amenities within short walking distance from the new Cityline development and historic Murphy street restaurants. JC is a genuinely great person who will make sure to help you and Raphael is very helpful and fast in resolving the maintenance issues. The train noise is not really a big deal after you get used to it.

He is passionate about his job and very friendly. He followed up instantly right after our meeting and put all details we have discussed in writing. We signed a lease the next day and cancelled the rest appointments. With Villa Del Sol team's help we were able to move in smoothly. This apartment complex is fully gated so we feel safe. Louis is as reliable as the first time we met. He addressed all our concerns and hasn't let us down. He provided us all available parking spots to choose from because we were not satisfied with the assigned one. We never regret choosing here and feel been taken care of 7 days a week. I will keep updating my review.
