  I normally don't write negative reviews, but I will make an exception for this ridiculous place. The sales person Wang is extremely rude and lacks the basic courtesy. The sales center was closed during normal business hours and I was forced to wait outside in a hot weather for 40 minutes. When this sales lady Wang finally showed up, she was very rude. She refused to allow me to see the model home even for a few minutes because I didn't make an appointment. She just gave me a price list (which I could easily find online). I've been to many sales offices of new construction in the Bay Area. This is hands down the worst and most unprofessional one. I couldn't believe Toll Brothers would hire this lady. Someone without sales training would do a better job. Besides this bad visit experience, I later found out that this community is very close (within one mile) to a Superfund site and had benzene leaking into the ground.
