  Warning for New Buyers: Unresolved Warranty Issues 2 Years Later I closed on my home in the Central community in March 2024. While I am generally happy with the build quality, potential buyers should be aware of the warranty support. My service request for scratched windows has remained unresolved two years later. While Pulte replaced some windows, the windows requiring a lift for replacement have not been replaced. Despite my continued patience, communication has stalled and I have no timeline for the remaining work. I am posting this to remind prospective buyers that getting warranty items fully completed may require significant and persistent follow-up long after you move in. I look forward to Pulte providing a firm date for the final installation.

  Bought a home here and I am very satisfied with the Construction Managers on site (Josh & Steven) for their help and responsiveness. The build quality was great and home was upgraded very well. This is a quiet neighbourhood. Very close to Google offices in Both Mountain View and Sunnyvale.

  서니베일에서 조용하고 교통이 넘 좋은곳. 타운홈과 콘도가 같이 있고 동네가 정말 조용하다. 근처에 걸어서 갈수있는 공원까지 있다. 집들이 참 예쁘다.
