  Jan 2026 Update - New management | Absolutely Terrible | - The pool and SPA is closed for resident on this property. It appears open as there is no notice but don't be fooled. Look at the gate it's closed and there is no information on when it will open again. There is no renovation/ nothing going on. It has just been closed without any reason. Totally unnecessary. - The new management on the property is on the rude and obnoxious side. I hope the property owners take note of the residents hardship and help resolve them. The team on the ground is unwilling to provide the property owners contact information hence there is no way for the residents to contact them.

  I recently toured the mResidences apartments and I was disappointed on the quality that is promoted online vs what we saw during our tour. The overall construction of the apartments are older and are worn down. There is no central air so you’ll have to figure out if a wall ac and heater can really regulate your apartment well enough during the seasons. It was just really outdated and the floors were uneven. Obviously, everyone will have their preference but with rent being so expensive these days, I would prefer having quality construction, appliances, and aesthetic more than settling for any location to live in. Despite the apartments not aligning with our standards, Ambrose was very sweet and informative during our tour.

  This place has mold!!! Everything is old and pipes will burst and management company won’t cover ANYTHING! Maintenance guys are always busy cus they’re fixing up everything every day lol

  Although there was miscommunication due to Greystar Real Estate Partners acquiring this property in early 2023, people at MResidence Silicon Valley were professional.
