- MSManish Singh1 day ago4.0I lived here for 3 years and vacated recently due to needing 2 bathrooms. Decent place to live, excellent location and area wise, very good schools. Has a couple of small play areas for the kids, which is something not common in apartments here. The maintenance folks are 7 stars, especially mentioned to Hristo, an excellent person who always fixes the issues timely. Jesus is decent man as well. The leasing office people are good, but they can improve and be more polite when dealing with residents. The property is well-maintained and has functional amenities. And most important they returned deposit in timely manner.

Maintenance requests take months — nothing was fixed until I said I was moving out. 3. False advertising: floors are paper thin, you hear neighbors’ music, private life, even breathing all night. 4. Parking spot they gave me was impossible to use. 5. Front desk staff are rude and unprofessional. 6. I had to pay penalties to move out, and they still shorted my security deposit. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

All wall and carbinet re-paintings and carpet cleaning are on YOU!!! It will be far more than your deposit. Btw, management office is not going to reply your email after you moved out taking about your moving out package. Reply takes 3 weeks under the condition that you CALL THEM EVERY DAY!!!
