- MSManish SinghNov 23, 20254.0I lived here for 3 years and vacated recently due to needing 2 bathrooms. Decent place to live, excellent location and area wise, very good schools. Has a couple of small play areas for the kids, which is something not common in apartments here. The maintenance folks are 7 stars, especially mentioned to Hristo, an excellent person who always fixes the issues timely. Jesus is decent man as well. The leasing office people are good, but they can improve and be more polite when dealing with residents. The property is well-maintained and has functional amenities. And most important they returned deposit in timely manner.

Maintenance requests take months — nothing was fixed until I said I was moving out. 3. False advertising: floors are paper thin, you hear neighbors’ music, private life, even breathing all night. 4. Parking spot they gave me was impossible to use. 5. Front desk staff are rude and unprofessional. 6. I had to pay penalties to move out, and they still shorted my security deposit. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

I like how Mrs.Callard and the management team takes care of maintance requests quickly and respond back to concerns. I have interacted with many people in the office and they are a pleasure to speak with! They also host fun community events for the kids to enjoy. I recommend anyone to check out crossing today!
