To other prospective tenants looking to tour this property, please be aware of the leasing office’s unprofessional and blasé attitude before wasting your time with this place. I booked a tour on their website a day in advance and I received several confirmation texts and another asking me to confirm I would still be attending, standard procedure. My tour was set for 4:30 and upon my arrival, there was another family speaking with the woman working in the leasing office. I waited outside for a few minutes before she came out and apologized, telling me that they were “very behind” and that the other family had been “waiting for a long time.” She then asked me to return in twenty-five minutes. I told her that I had an appointment and that we were already past my designated start time. She simply apologized again and said that there was no one else to take me and they didn’t allow self-guided tours. I agreed to return after the twenty-five minutes however when I got there, now 4:58, she was still talking with the other family and didn’t even acknowledge me as I walked in. She continued to ask them if they had any other questions and made light conversation unrelated to the property as I waited. Once it was 5 and she had shown no signs of urgency or attentiveness, I left. If this is how their front desk staff, who I’d imagine would be trained in professionalism, treats prospective tenants, I can only imagine how management would behave once they have someone locked into a lease. Very disappointing experience.

Very disappointed with management’s response to a serious safety issue We moved into this apartment community less than a month ago, and unfortunately experienced a very serious and frightening incident with a neighbor. Late in the evening, our neighbor came to our door behaving aggressively and appeared intoxicated, threatening my family. We had to call the police, who came and documented the incident and provided a case number. There is also video evidence from other residents who have had previous issues with the same neighbor. Since this happened, I contacted the leasing office multiple times asking whether management spoke with the neighbor or took any action to ensure our family’s safety. Despite asking more than once, I received no response at all. The lack of communication, transparency, and concern for resident safety is extremely troubling—especially for families with children. We do not feel safe, and the silence from management makes the situation even worse. Safety should be a top priority in any community. Unfortunately, based on our experience, it is not being treated that way here. I hope upper management takes this seriously and improves how critical safety concerns are handled.

I lived here for 3 years and vacated recently due to needing 2 bathrooms. Decent place to live, excellent location and area wise, very good schools. Has a couple of small play areas for the kids, which is something not common in apartments here. The maintenance folks are 7 stars, especially mentioned to Hristo, an excellent person who always fixes the issues timely. Jesus is decent man as well. The leasing office people are good, but they can improve and be more polite when dealing with residents. The property is well-maintained and has functional amenities. And most important they returned deposit in timely manner.
