I started out as a young renter and he never made me feel anything less than an average renter who was trusted. My family and I have a complex multifamily property in SF, a difficult city. To make matters worse, we have multiple owners with vastly different ideas and needs. There was no way we were going to conform to a large company's prefabricated system. The beauty of the Less Stress team, is that they were able to work with us to create a custom tailored management protocol that works for a truly one-of-a-kind situation. On top of that, they are kind, patient with us, and really go the extra mile to make things work. I never expected that there would be a company that would put up with our kind of crazy, and there is no way to get that kind of service from a larger outfit.
