  Run! This leasing office is full of liars. They misrepresent their apartments, and when you move in, you realize it’s all a fraud. At this point, you will never get through on the phone; you will always reach voicemail, and your emails are either ignored or receive slow replies. When you confront them in their office, they shift responsibilities and show no care for the tenants. They will lie about everything to get you to sign the lease, and then do nothing afterward. Stay away for your own sake!

  Booked a tour and no one arrived or called to assist. No email or text and no one replying. Called 3 numbers and no one picked up and the banner outside the apartment complex that has a number that doesn’t exist. Wasted my time driving here

  excelente atención, buena orientación , dedican el tiempo necesario para aclaración de dudas sobre como llenar cada punto en la aplicación y ubicación del apartamento, por parte de la señora Nora Marquez quedamos muy satisfechos con nuestra visita .

  I currently live here and I am so tired of complaining about the noise from obnoxious neighbours. I’ve complained since I’ve moved in and it is absolutely ridiculous how there is no action taken. Night after night I endure noise from both my neighbours - as I type this, it’s after midnight and I cannot sleep because my neighbours are yelling and screaming. I’ve spoken to them, I’ve spoken to management. If you want to sleep or even just relax from a long day at work, don’t move here. The noise is constant. It feels like they’re in the room with you. IN RESPONSE TO THE COMMENT FROM MANAGEMENT: I have discussed these issue with you all many times, I email to you all at least once per week - my unit sits beneath two units and I have constant noise from unit in my living room and constant noise from the other unit above my bedroom. I have shared these concerns with you all almost weekly since I've moved in. They throw their trash and used cigarette into my patio where my dog plays. THIS PLACE HAS HORRIBLE AND INEFFECTIVE, USELESS MANAGEMENT. I have no intention of inconveniencing myself by driving across town to hear more useless excuses from you all. Furthermore, you have my number, if you want to "discuss my concerns in greater detail" you can call me or respond to my email in a timely fashion. I am PISSED. NO ONE DESERVES TO LIVE IN CONSTANT NOISE.

  Extremely bad service and the leasing office never picks up their phone. The main office booked appointment for 3 days later and after showing up the leasing office in apt is closed and nobody responds correctly. Two of my friends also don't recommended this to me but I wanted to give them a chance. NOT Recommended.
