- JAJ AJul 26, 20251.0Scheduled a tour and then when I got there someone called me to tell me they had already gotten an application 2 days ago so there was nothing to tour. It took me an hour to drive down here. Luckily I had other apartments I was going to visit so not a complete waste of time but they should've let me know as soon as it was unavailable. Totally unprofessional.

At this point, you will never get through on the phone; you will always reach voicemail, and your emails are either ignored or receive slow replies. When you confront them in their office, they shift responsibilities and show no care for the tenants. They will lie about everything to get you to sign the lease, and then do nothing afterward. Stay away for your own sake!
