It’s “first come, first serve,” which is completely unacceptable for paying tenants. I work late hours, and every single night I have to spend 1–2 hours driving around trying to find a spot—sometimes blocks away from the building. This is the United States, not a place where people are expected to gamble for parking after a long workday. It’s unreasonable and stressful. 🪳 On top of that, there are insects inside the unit. This shows poor maintenance and lack of regular pest control. It’s disgusting and unacceptable for any living space. 📢 My message to management: • Assign one guaranteed parking spot per unit. • If there aren’t enough, offer a rent discount to those without assigned spots. • And take pest control seriously—residents should not have to deal with bugs in their homes. People pay too much rent to deal with problems like these. Step up your standards.
