  Vista Pointe II has been a wonderful residence for me. It is very peaceful and in a beautiful location. I feel so lucky to have found it. Tez is our excellent Resident Manager. She is always attentive and very personable. She has a warm presence and is compassionate and enthusiastic. She makes sure the environment remains at a high standard. I am grateful for Vista Pointe II and would definitely recommend to others considering.

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about our apartment manager Tez ! She is truly one of a kind—sweet, caring, and always thoughtful in how she manages the building. Her professionalism is matched by her kindness, and it really shows in everything she does. She is attentive and incredibly responsive—always answering calls and addressing any concerns quickly and with genuine care. No matter how big or small the issue, she makes sure our needs are taken care of right away. Her impressive management skills keep everything running smoothly, but it’s her warm and approachable personality that makes living here such a positive experience. It’s rare to find someone who combines such efficiency with true compassion for the residents. She goes above and beyond every single day, and it’s clear that she takes pride in creating a safe, comfortable, and welcoming community for all of us.

  I’ve been living at Vista Pointe 2 for about 5-6 months now after moving from India to LA, and honestly, it’s been such a great experience. The place is quiet, clean, and just feels like home. Huge shoutout to Tez, the property mgr – she’s super friendly, always helpful, and really made settling in so much easier for me. Grateful to be here!

  I am sad to say I recently left Vista Pointe 2 after a year and a half. The building is in a great location between Tujunga and Vineland. The building is close enough to enjoy shops and stores down Ventura Blvd, but you are also tucked nicely into the quiet Woodbridge Park neighborhood. The building itself is maintained very well and common areas are kept very clean. In fact the management made improvements to the property while I was living there. Maintenance needs were always taken care of in a timely manner. The property managers are also very friendly and helpful. All in all, it is a great place to call home. If they had a different policy on pet ownership, I would probably still be living there.

  I am new to California and just moved into the Vista Pointe II apartments in September of 2014. So far I really enjoy living here! The community is always very clean and presentable, and I love that it's gated and safe. Brianna and Hank are definitely the nicest leasing managers I've ever had, and so helpful! When I moved in everything in my apartment was pretty new, and I love that my studio is furnished with couches, a dresser, full size bed, and bar chairs. Overall I am pleased and I would definitely would recommend others to rent here, great community! :)
