  I’m the mom of a recent college grad looking for his first apartment in the LA area. By luck we stumbled on Carlo Properties and their apartments in and around Studio City. Our son looked at several of their properties, each really solid options, but when he toured Vista Pointe 1, he said it felt like home. It had everything we wanted for him, small complex, rent controlled, secured entry, onsite washer/dryer, and gated parking in a fabulous neighborhood. Our deciding factor was Madison, the property manager, who was absolutely wonderful to work with and has continued to be since - over a year later. We love Madison! She truly cares about her tenants and the property. Madison has a heart of gold and we sure hope Carlo knows how lucky they are to have her. Highly recommend Carlo/Vista Pointe 1, and Madison, especially for young adults starting out in LA.

  I moved in with my girlfriend a few months ago, and we have loved calling this place our home. It’s the perfect starter place for singles and couples and is located in a great spot. Madison is amazing- super respectful, responsive, and always willing to accommodate!

  My husband and I have been living at Vista Pointe 1 for almost 7 years now, with very little to complain about. Our intention was to stay for a year or two, but we ended up liking it more than we bargained for and never left. We recently got a new on-site manager named Madison, and she is by far the best Vista Pointe 1 has ever had! We love her, as she is very professional, kind, courteous, and overall just the best!

  I really enjoy living at Vista Pointe 1. The building is well-maintained, and any maintenance issues that do get reported via the online resident portal are resolved in a timely manner. Madison, the building manager, is very friendly, pleasant, accessible and helpful with any questions or issues.

  My roommate and I have lived at Vista Pointe 1 for about 6 months now, and it has been nothing short of amazing. This is especially because of our on-site manager Terrell! He was one of the big reasons as to why we chose this building over any others. He helped make the move in process VERY smooth and easy for us. Since then, he has always been there to help with anything we could possibly need. He’s been a joy to get to know and to have around!
