  I’m sad to say I’m leaving after over four years of living here. While my overall experience with the company wasn’t the best, Sara truly made a lasting difference for me. She has been incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and supportive, and she made this entire process feel smooth and stress-free. Her care and professionalism are the highlight of my time here, and I’m very grateful for all of her help.

  DON'T DO IT. BELIEVE THE REVIEWS. Bugs. The homeless. Break ins. Water leaks. Horrible management. Assault. The ONLY thing good here is Victor, the maintenance guy. They even had the audacity to fire him after over 20yrs of service, then rehired him after they realized how bad they needed him. Take it from someone who's been here for 7 years. I'm finally leaving. This place has gone down hill tremendously. Not only has the quality of living gone down, the rent has gone up. I used to pay $2600/month, now it's over $3600/month. They claim it's because of improvements but I promise it's a lie. We've had water leak into our unit multiple times when it rains, to a point where we lost access to a whole bedroom. The hot tub breaks down all the time, the pool's green, I had someone break into my apt and I woke up with the guy on top of me. It ended up being one of my neighbors and when I called the cops and reported it to the office, they said they couldn't do anything about it. We've had people come in and vandalize, break into cars, homeless people in the yard and inside peeing. The elevator breaks down every other month. Packages are stolen and they won't check the cameras for you even when you give them the police report. When my neighbor was verbally and physically abusing his girlfriend, they did nothing even when I called security and the cops. The quiet hours in the lease means nothing and they don't care for anyone's safety. As I'm moving out now, I've run into multiple people moving out too. All of them hate it here. I couldn't possibly fit all the issues into one review. I cannot express this enough. Do not live here. Save your time, money, and peace of mind. Don’t let their fake corporate response to my review fool you.

  DON’T DO IT! Management is inhumane and raises rent the maximum allowed every 12 months. It’s VERY challenging to ever get in contact with management. They charged me an erroneous and random $99 bedbug inspection fee when none was ever done and can’t seem to refund it back. They are corporate robots and awful to work with. I was a perfect tenant for over a decade and can’t wait to stop giving this corporation my hard earned money. UPDATE: you can see here how they responded and did not AT ALL mention the $99 fee they illegally charged me. Now they are trying to gaslight me into saying it was never charged. Save yourself the many headaches you will experience with them and don't move here. (One plus side: Victor the maintenance guy is great)

  Management used to be much worse but has started getting better. A huge part of why we stay is Victor (maintenance). He is so helpful, especially in a timely manner, and is always such a joy to have around. Really appreciate everything he does for us.

  (EDIT: see below) This complex truly is a hidden gem! It’s right in the middle of studio city, clean, well taken care of and has great amenities. They recently got a new manager and I couldn't be happier with him! Rafael is making strides to clean up the complex and make it even better than it is now! 10 out of 10! Oh boy do I have an update. Since this review the apartment complex has been AWFUL. Constantly bringing in new managers, a lack of any care for the residents and more. They did roof construction for MONTHS without notifying residents or compensating us for noise and unsuitable living conditions. Since the construction my roof leaked TWICE with no apology from the company. My calls and emails to the office are often ignored. The garage has been broken into multiple times, including an incident with my car window being smashed, which the office said they couldn’t do anything to help. A truly terrible turn of events.
