  The Ritz is set in such a central location perfect for going on walks, grabbing dinner and conveniently located by the 101 and 170. The apartment floor plan is well thought out and you have a large amount of sq footage for LA standards. The building itself feels is safe and well-maintained. We also really appreciated having Julian, the property manager, on-site. If we had any issues or concerns he was prompt in addressing whatever we needed. He's very responsive and communicative, which made our experience living here stress-free. A property manager can really make or break a renting experience and we feel like we really got lucky with Julian. Our stay here was such a great experience and couldn't recommend it enough.

  This is not a 5-five-star, but a double click for a 10-star rating. The manager, Julian, is the best I've ever met in Los Angeles. Very friendly and always ready to provide helps. I got locked outside the door by accident with my keys inside my place at night time, and he immediately come to help me without any hesitation. I feel so secured from the bottom of my heart to live in this community. Thank you Julian for your outstanding service and your kindness.

  I’ve had a great experience living at The Ritz, and a huge part of that is because of the outstanding management of our apartment manager Julian. From day one, Julian has been professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents here. It’s rare to find an apartment manager who goes above and beyond the way he does. Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, Julian has handled it quickly and efficiently. He communicates clearly, follows through on everything, and makes sure issues are fully resolved—not just temporarily fixed. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly wants the community to run smoothly. The property itself is well-maintained, clean, and feels safe, which reflects the level of attention and leadership Julian brings to the complex. He creates a welcoming environment and treats residents with respect, which makes a big difference in day-to-day living. Overall, living here has been a very positive experience, and Julian is a big reason why. Julian is definitely an asset to this property and deserves recognition for the job he’s doing.

  I’ve lived at the Ritz Apartments in Studio City for over a year now, and my experience has been consistently great—largely thanks to Julian, the manager. His professionalism and leadership truly is truly remarkable! Julian is an excellent communicator, highly organized, and consistently attentive to every detail. Anytime something comes up, he handles it quickly and efficiently with a calm, solutions-focused approach. He’s also very proactive and always striving to improve the property—whether it’s addressing maintenance needs, upgrading appliances like washers and dryers, or ensuring repairs are handled seamlessly. That speaks volume for me! What I appreciate most about Julian is hi positive attitude and the genuine care he shows for residents. It gives me real peace of mind knowing everything is being managed with such consistency and care.   I absolutely love living at The Ritz Apartments, and recently we got a new property manager, Julian, who has truly made a wonderful impression on the community here. Julian is incredibly friendly, approachable, and professional. He makes a point to connect with residents and always takes the time to listen. Anytime there’s an issue or concern, he works quickly to make sure it’s addressed and handled properly. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about the building and the people who live here. You can tell that residents really enjoy interacting with him and he’s always welcoming and happy to have a conversation. I personally appreciate his positive attitude and the sense of community he brings to the property. All in all, Julian is a stellar property manager, and we’re very lucky to have him here at The Ritz.
