  I lived at this property for 2.5 years and it was absolutely great. The actual property is fantastic but the quick maintenance and property manager’s communications were huge highlights. I highly recommend this property and this property management company!

  I thoroughly loved living at the Enclave! The location was excellent. The spot it's on toward the end of Bluffside is perfectly placed. The building is quiet. Residents are very respectful. Matin the manager is a rock star! He even helped me jump my car once!! Frankly, this is a lovely complex, and the area of Studio City it's in is excellent. There's just enough action, and it's super close to multiple freeways. I only left this wonderful home due to parting ways with a former partner. If you are considering to move there, it'll be a decision you won't regret!

  I’ve been living here just under a year and have had a great experience living here so far. The application process was very professional and straightforward, which made moving in smooth and stress-free. Mat from management is incredibly responsive and always quick to address any requests or questions. The building itself is quiet and cozy, and it’s located in a really nice part of Studio City. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.
