  Lived here for almost 5 years . Wonderful place all the conveniences, close to restaurants grocery stores . Terrific manager , Mary is always looking out for the tenants. She has always been prompt in hadling our issues , which haven't been many . Mary is always friendly and stops to say hi when she runs into you on the property.

  Lived here for 4 years now. The building manager, Mary, is wonderful! She is easily accessible and always very friendly & helpful. She responds quickly to any calls/texts or requests. We don’t have to wait more than hours for a response. We really appreciate her & all she does to keep things in order and running smoothly.

  I've been living here for a few years. Nice and quiet place. The townhouse style apartments feel like a real home with separation of spaces. Also, the manager Mary is super nice. Very quick to respond immediately with any questions or requests you may have even if she's off site.

  This is a wonderful location in a lovely neighborhood. Easy freeway access and lots of interesting restaurants and shops nearby. Our property manager, Mary, is extremely friendly, kind and understanding. She made me feel at home right away. I'm a wildfire survivor, and Mary helped me navigate through the whole lease application process. I am so grateful for all her support. She handles everything efficiently, professionally, and the premises are always neat and clean. Any maintenance issues or concerns you have, Mary deals with immediately. It's a great place, and you couldn't ask for a better manager!

  All I have to say is thank goodness for MARY. Not only is she the best manager, but also just the best person ever. Every interaction with her is pleasant, helpful, and professional. I admire her patience and ability to handle multiple tasks and issues at once, no matter how small or serious the matter. But most of all, she's just a genuine person who wants her residents to feel valued and supported. She is the reason why this place feels like a home! I can't say enough great things. Thanks for everything you do Mary!
