  i’m currently going into my second residency here and overall it has been a wonderful experience. the leasing office and management team are extremely responsive and attentive whenever a request comes up. Jason, the manager, is fantastic. he truly goes above and beyond to help residents and make sure issues are handled properly. his professionalism and dedication do not go unnoticed — he absolutely deserves recognition (and honestly, probably a pay raise). Claudia is also amazing. she is incredibly sweet, patient, and thorough when explaining anything related to the building or lease. she always takes the time to answer questions clearly and never makes you feel rushed. i know her role must be very demanding, so her constant smile and positive attitude are really refreshing. maintenance is always prompt and efficient, and the security guards are welcoming and friendly. they help create a safe environment, and i genuinely feel comfortable and secure living here. it has a nice community feel — people are respectful and generally keep to themselves. there was a large reconstruction project this past summer which did create some noise for a period of time, and during the first several months of my initial residency there were a few loud tenants who hosted late-night parties. however, those issues seem to have improved over time. the only minor challenge now is the occasional heavy footsteps from a neighbor above me (sometimes it sounds like an elephant walking around), but aside from that small annoyance, living here has been a very positive experience. overall, the staff, management, and sense of safety in the building make this a place i’m happy to continue calling home.

  Been here a year, and honestly? Best rental experience I have ever had, hands down. I pay my rent and I have a nice apt, maintenance when requested (without a huge delay), and the office staff are really pleasant people. This place is worth a try.
