  Vista Pointe II has been a wonderful residence for me. It is very peaceful and in a beautiful location. I feel so lucky to have found it. Tez is our excellent Resident Manager. She is always attentive and very personable. She has a warm presence and is compassionate and enthusiastic. She makes sure the environment remains at a high standard. I am grateful for Vista Pointe II and would definitely recommend to others considering.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve proudly called Vista Pointe 2 on Aqua Vista Street my home since 2011, and it has truly been a wonderful place to live. The building has always felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of, and over the years it’s become more than just an apartment—it’s home. A huge part of that is thanks to Tez, our building manager. Tez is excellent—professional, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure residents are taken care of. Whether it’s handling maintenance needs quickly or just being a friendly, reliable presence around the property, Tez makes a big difference in creating a positive living environment here. I’m grateful for all the years I’ve been able to enjoy living here, and I can honestly say Vista Pointe 2 has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in Los Angeles.

  I’m a new resident at Vista Pointe II, and I’ve really enjoyed living here so far. The move-in process was smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate my new manager, Tez — anytime something needs attention, they are very prompt and helpful. The area is lovely, and the building itself is fantastic.

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about our apartment manager Tez ! She is truly one of a kind—sweet, caring, and always thoughtful in how she manages the building. Her professionalism is matched by her kindness, and it really shows in everything she does. She is attentive and incredibly responsive—always answering calls and addressing any concerns quickly and with genuine care. No matter how big or small the issue, she makes sure our needs are taken care of right away. Her impressive management skills keep everything running smoothly, but it’s her warm and approachable personality that makes living here such a positive experience. It’s rare to find someone who combines such efficiency with true compassion for the residents. She goes above and beyond every single day, and it’s clear that she takes pride in creating a safe, comfortable, and welcoming community for all of us.

  Love this peaceful residence on Aqua vista as well as our Manager, Taz. She is always available, takes care of everything here. This residence is super clean, quiet!
