  Been living at Vista Pointe I for almost a year now and I love it so much! Toured so many places but none of them felt like “home” until this one. A big part of the reason is the manager, Madison! She is so kind, helpful, easily reachable, and warm to all the tenants. Maintenance is always so speedy with any and all requests. It’s very quiet and calm here and the tenants all seem very friendly and keep to themselves, plus the neighborhood is so lovely. Definitely want to stay here for a while!!

  I've been at Vista 1 for about a week now and it has been such a peaceful and wholesome experience thus far. The application process wasn't intimidating, as it typically can be, Madison really advocated for me to get approved and move in urgently. The complex is so welcoming, literally everyone I see around smiles and greets me and introduces themselves. I can clearly see this is a community that cares for eachother and looks out for everyone. I attribute this to the culture Madison has cultivated here. If you want to know if your landlord is high quality, judge them by how other residents interact with them. Residents at Vista 1 greet Madison with enthusiastic energy and hugs. It immediately felt safe from my first tour and continues to feel more and more like home every day.

  Madison has been so helpful and instrumental in making this complex feel like a true home. She went out of her way to move me from one apt to another to fit my needs better, and it has improved the quality of my life immensely! Forever grateful for Madison and my time in this apartment.

  I’m the mom of a recent college grad looking for his first apartment in the LA area. By luck we stumbled on Carlo Properties and their apartments in and around Studio City. Our son looked at several of their properties, each really solid options, but when he toured Vista Pointe 1, he said it felt like home. It had everything we wanted for him, small complex, rent controlled, secured entry, onsite washer/dryer, and gated parking in a fabulous neighborhood. Our deciding factor was Madison, the property manager, who was absolutely wonderful to work with and has continued to be since - over a year later. We love Madison! She truly cares about her tenants and the property. Madison has a heart of gold and we sure hope Carlo knows how lucky they are to have her. Highly recommend Carlo/Vista Pointe 1, and Madison, especially for young adults starting out in LA.
