  Great place…high light is our ON-SITE manager Julian…totally organized and helpful…if he doesn’t have the answer…which he usually does…he will get it for you and make sure it is right. If something is wrong/broken you never have to ask twice…he’s on it asap and with a smile

  I wish to put 10 stars but only available 5. The point is not only apartment condition but the most important reason is outstanding Management service. We have the best manager and his name is Julian who is not only a designated person but also a good person, very friendly and always ready to provide his help. Thank you Julian for your outstanding service and your kindness.

  My son and I moved into The Ritz, North Hollywood, just this week. The apartment complex is very nice. It’s also quiet on the inside even being on a busy street. But what truly sets them apart from all of the other places we visited and tried to get into is simply their customer service. Julian is the property manager that we worked with throughout the whole process. I have been in the customer service industry for a very long time, so I know what true customer service is all about. I can say with 100% certainty, that there is NO ONE better than Julian in terms of customer service. From the very beginning of my interactions with Julian until we were fully moved in, he absolutely took care of us!! He went above and beyond on so many levels, from amazing communication throughout the process, to providing a dolly to help us move a fridge in. This guy is top notch!! I spoke with other residents while moving in and they also said that Julian and all the other staff were so nice and very helpful. He truly made the process seamless. I’d give him 10 stars if I could. Thank you Julian!!!!!!!!
