  Maria has made living at The Diplomat so welcoming. From the very beginning she made sure she gave us all the information on the apartment and introduced us to other neighbors. Maria hosts morning breakfasts for the community ever so often and it really makes it feel like such a great and safe place to live. She’s truly the best.

  I've lived at The Diplomat in 2 different units since, believe it or not, 2006! Gasp! It's an excellent complex in the Studio City area. For me it's close to perfect as it gets. Acama Street itself is a quiet destination street but very close to freeways, shopping and restaurants. Management here is pretty much always on top of things. Issues, problems and/or maintenance requests are addressed quickly and always taken care of in a very timely manner. Maria, the manager is awesome, very responsive and always easy to get a hold of. It's quiet and laid back and the neighbors here are pleasant and cool. I especially love the spacious 2-car parking. This place rocks!

  I just want to give a huge shout-out to Maria for helping me with my apartment hunt over the past month. I began my search at The Diplomat because it's a fantastic property. I've visited friends there many times, and the apartments and the community are wonderful. When there was nothing coming up there in our timeframe, Maria went out of her way to help us find another apartment at one of their sister properties, and each one that we went to see was amazing. Carlo has great communities that are well-maintained, safe, and as we witnessed - full of friendly people. We will be signing soon. Thanks Maria!

  I felt compelled to write this, even though I don't usually leave reviews, because of my time here. I have never experienced a better complex manager, ever, whether that be firsthand or secondhand. Jolé is our manager here and she is always prompt when it comes to individual apartment maintenance, noise level at night, and giving notice for the complex maintenance, as well. Not only that, but every interaction she has with anyone is polite and kind. I feel very thankful that I live in a complex that actually cares for their residents. Truly the best complex to live in.
