  Really happy with my apartment overall. The space is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable to live in. Management is responsive and helpful whenever issues come up. The location is convenient, with everything I need close by.

  Pacific Palms is such a hidden gem in Stockton! From the moment you step onto the property, you can tell it's a well-managed and welcoming community. The grounds are clean, quiet, and have a really nice atmosphere. The staff here are amazing- professional, kind, and geniunely helpful. They make the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free, which is something you don't always find. One thing I really appreciate is how peaceful the community is, while still being close to everything-stores, dining, and major roads. It's the perfect balance of convenience and comfort. If you're looking for a place that feels well cared for and welcoming, I definitely recommend Pacific Palms!

  Great location, swimming pool is always clean and maintained all year, units are nice inside The Manager Linda has always responded in a quick manner to any issue I've had since I've been here and she made the Renting process super easy and stress free . Pet friendly apartments only issue is the Parking only one parking stall per Unit but other then that a overall Good place to live.

  Moving and finding a place is always stressful. The leasing Manager Linda made this process for me and my family quick and stress-free. Moving in was a breeze and Linda made sure any repairs that were needed were handled in a timely manner.

  My husband, our son, and I recently had a tour with Linda from the property management team, and it was such a great experience. From the moment we arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable. She made us feel comfortable right away and took her time showing us around without ever making us feel rushed. Linda gave us tours of both Pacific Palms and Courtyard Apartments, which we really appreciated because it helped us compare options and get a better feel for what might work best for our family. She did an excellent job explaining everything in a clear and organized way, giving us an all-in-one summary that covered the units, amenities, and application process. She answered all of our questions thoroughly and made sure we felt confident and informed every step of the way. Overall, it was a smooth, helpful, and positive experience. Linda truly went above and beyond, and we would definitely recommend working with her!
