  If I could give 0 stars. While you stay here, its beautiful and maintenence is pretty fast. When you leave. They will charge you for the entire move out. Even things we aren't damage. They will lie and say damage. 2500 I was charged and have to pay in full which I dont have. I should have never been charged this amount. No damage in my apartment. Truly feel taken advantage of and lied to. Sent to collections and said I have to pay in full which is absolutely ridiculous. I advise you to not move here if you dont want to be charged thousands of dollars unlawfully. They say I signed in my contract to pay for everything. Whatever you do...Dont move here if you dont want to be taken advantage of after you move out

  Nice apartments for Stockton area only problem there is hard to find a parking
