  If I could choose 0 stars I would !!!! Worse experience. Mai is unprofessional and racist. I am a black male who Mai was trying to wrongfully evict & stereotype . She was not open to communicating with me, not once did she try to work with me or ask what I could pay at the time but was willing to comprise and have sympathy for my gf . I had court Friday and my case was dismissed due to her lack of knowledge and judgement. My rent was paid and proof was shown. She was just persistent on kicking me out the complex. My tenancy was being jeopardized due to Mai’s rudeness and lack of communication. Will not recommend this apartment complex Mai will discriminate you. Our rent started off at 1384$ for 2 bedroom and somehow after 2 months of that payment, it jumped to 1530$ without a notice or explanation as to why. No where on the lease agreement does it have an exact amount stating we are being charged for water sewer and garbage & water heating each month . If I would've known we had to cover extra utilities I would have never signed this lease to begin with HORRIBLE !!!!

  Roaches Roaches Roaches. This is the second night where I’m waking up with roaches on my actual skin. I have told the landlord about the roaches and I keep being told “I’m not sure why they are there we had pest control spray” they aren’t water bugs in my home they aren’t “oriental roaches”. Be aware that this complex has BOTH these jawns COME IN MULTIPLE SIZES I’ve killed a few babies as well as these bigger ones which means there’s a huge possibility that there’s a bigger infestation than I initially thought. They ARE invasive and did NOT and do NOT remain outside clearly. AND THEY FLY. neighbors leave food and trash in the bushes this isn’t something that can be solved alone this is a multi unit problem and I feel like people should be aware of this problem before choosing to live here. Writing this review is definetly to help others and their children to not to go through the same.
