Trash, dirty, smelly.
Lived here for a year and every month there was something to dislike. Location is out of the way of everything, homeless people roam around the area behind the car garages, trash bins are not kept clean. & the people are dirty. Smells like Cat piss and dog shit all around. List can go on. There is 100% better apartment complexes for the same amount in Stockton.

Although the apartments are decent price for the area I’ve literally dealt with so many issues. I’ve been living here for almost 2 years now. For 1 my rims and tires got took leaving me on bricks being that I sometimes have to park outside because we don’t have assigned parking and there’s nearly not enough parking for the amount of people living here. 2 someone drilled a hole into my gas tank. 3 we’ve had our mail stolen numerous times. 4 we are constantly getting security called on us no matter how many times we talk to our neighbors giving them a heads up we will have kidos over. The list goes on. The gate is constantly broken. If we complain to Susanna we rarely get a email back from her. It’s not worth living here if you ask me.

I've been living here since Dec 2017 and all-in-all it's been nice. Yes, there have been issues but mainly that's apartment life. Susanna, the landlord and Seropio the maintenance guy have been great and very friendly. We have a gate for the main entrance but isn't quite as "secure" as you'd think since we're right by the fwy. The main reason I moved here was to be closer to the go kart track that I visit several times during the month and best of all they're animal friendly. Also, I've been very lucky with my neighbors. I live downstairs and you really don't hear that much, at least at night. Sometime during the day it gets a little noisy, especially during the summertime...my apartment is right by the main pool. I'm also right next to the side gate so you get that noise but this was THE BEST spot (I've also got a patio) for when I had my dog and had easy access to the hillside which also gave it "us" the "big yard" feel. One last thing I'd like to mention...from Nov 2021 - Nov 2024, I had to be a caregiver for my mom in Elk Grove so basically left my apartment unused with the occasional "stopping by" and they were GREAT during all this...never once asking me if I'm still "living/using" it or when I was moving. This made it nice since I was keeping it as an emergency option for me and my mom. All in all, it's been nice staying here and even my neighbors have helped with watching my pets when it was needed...

I got lucky and came when they had the unit on a special since the market rate is what they charge for thebarea is high with that being said I enjoy the complex its EXTREMELY QUIET , the maintenance is very cool and fast when it comes to repairs. To me its a diamond in the rough even tho the neighborhood surrounding this property is no where near rough. If the rent doesn't go up too much ill probably resign!
