  So, long story short, When I got home, I checked the FedEx delivery photo and realized the package wasn’t left at my porch. I notified the office, and staff identified the porch in the photo (with a child’s bicycle and a garden hose, which was Apt 4848). The manager called multiple times and asked them to drop the package at the leasing office, but they never answered or returned the item. The package— a light brown DKNY handbag—was taken and not returned. I was advised to file a claim with FedEx!!!This is the world we live in, and these are the parents of the next generation!

  I recently rented from Quailwood, and the entire process from start until I moved out was easy, painless, and an overall pleasant experience. The apartments are beautiful and kept up perfectly. The appliances are new, and the apartments are updated to a modern look. The grounds, including the pool, common areas, and even in and around the apartments, are kept clean. The flowers and grass are kept trimmed and looking beautiful all year round. Anytime we needed maintenance for anything at all. They were always quick and fast at responding to any issue we had. As well as following up to ensure everything was resolved. Linda and Chris have been 2 of the best people to work with. And I highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment in the area to check out this property. You will not be disappointed.

  My wife and I lived here for 3 years 2021-2023 and we truly enjoyed it. The apartments are very nice and modern, spacious, and you also get a one car garage. Fireplace. They are helpful with maintenance as well. Pool is nice. Friendly people. And it’s a gated community.

  I moved into Quailwood apartments Earlier this year in January and I love it. The complex is clean, it’s quiet, the tenants and the staff are VERY friendly and caring. Alicia communicates very well and she’s very knowledgeable about the property (as she should be). Every time I email her with a question she responds in a very efficient manner. Every time I take her the check to pay my rent she asks about my apartment and what could be better inside and out. There was a time I was in Georgia for 2 weeks, I couldn’t pay my rent because the online payments weren’t available, I notified Alicia, we spoke about it, she understood and we came up with a plan and got it done. I just love it, I’m already looking forward to renewing my lease come January 2020. Thank you Alicia and Quailwood community..I appreciate everything.
